He basically explains that their new headset will have a lower waiting time, low persistence, and faster color changing, which in effect will eliminate blurring the image during fast movements and will generally improve the quality of the watched movies. Aside from technical stuff, the VRgineers team made few improvement, like removing upper side buttons that were hardly used or developed a new, more comfortable head strap, to make all the VR experience easier and user-friendlier.
